Okay, so if you wear the brace shirts that you are given at our otrhotist's office, I have figured something really cool out...or maybe its just common sense and I have been realllllly stupid for 5 years. so, you know how the shirts have the awful thick straps? I mean, you can't wear many camis with those. So, here's how to fix that -
1. flip the shirt over and put in on with our feet going through the head hole. put the flat end of the shirt up to your neck.
2. put your brace on as normal.
3. flip the flat end of the shirt over the top edges of the brace. this way, only bra straps are showing, and you still get the padding that wearing the shirts properly affords - no rough underarm chafing.
--so, if I am being really dumb, tell me, otherwise I hope this helps somebody! its sooo nice to not have the thick straps of the shirt showing while still getting all the comfort of wearing the special shirts.
