New X-Ray machine?

Is there anyone who has heard of a new advanced X-ray machine that can detect if screws are loose, for example? Someone mentioned something like that to me.....I'd like to know about where I can get this X-ray if newer technology exists.

Very clever....I don't think any of us would want a "screw loose" detector anywhere near our heads.....all these surgeries do make you a little crazy. At least I feel that way sometime!
