  • Pressure

Gosh, I always have a million and one questions lol. Anyway, every time I stand up I feel a ton of pressure in my lower back. It feels like it's right where the fusion/rods end. The pressure gets worse when I lean back a little (though I probably shouldn't be doing that anyway) and it's relieved when I lean forward slightly. Is it possible that I'm feeling some part of the metal, whether it be the rod, a screw, or the crosslink? Maybe I'm just being a hypochondriac. It's not painful, but as I said, it's just an odd feeling of pressure. Anyone else feel this, and if so, does it go away? Thanks so much.

I can't say I have an answer for you, but I know exactly the sensation you're talking about... I'll be interested what explanations you get!
