okay so i have a spinecor that i wear to sleep, but i keep waking up early with extremely bad pain in my upper leg/hip area. it feels like shooting tingling pain, and you really cant move your leg unless you want to cry at 5 o clock in the morning.
i know taylor's mom mentioned a sciata something or other so i researched it and that might be it.
has anyone experienced this?
what did you do if you have?
please help! it's extremely painful.
oh and btw, i sleep on my back...i dont know if this has anything to do with it.
