As most of you know, I am scheduled for revision (again) in April. It will be A/P with fusion to the sacrum. All three of my previous surgeries including my original T3-L5 were all posterior. How does this go? Which one do they do first? Why? My doctor and I haven't had much time to talk yet but I can't stand the suspense. Thanks, Krysi

    Hi Krysi...

It depends on the surgeon, the patient, and what needs to be done. There are no set rules.

By the way, I saw your post about hallucinations. I had them after my spine surgery as well, in addition to nightmares. Once I stopped using morphine, they both disappeared.
