Spinal Fusion and Down Syndrome

HI Everyone,
I have been in touch with some wonderful people in this forum. What an amazing place for support and encouragement. Our daughter is having fusion at Chop Phila. Jan 29. I am just wondering if there is anyone out there that has a teen with Down Syndrome who underwent this surgery? How was there recovery?

Hi Dusty...

In addition to any responses you get here, do a Search (link above) on "down syndrome." You'll see several other parents who have gone through it.
