    Hi!
    Im 13 and have idiopathic scoliosis.
    I do pilates 3 times a week as it strengthens the muscles in my back. I recomment swimming, almost every doctor ive seen has said that it helps!!
    It stops my back from hurting and aching.

      I am all for natural cures and natural healing through exercise and good nutrition, but it does seem ridiculous that some yoga poses can fully rehabilitate a person with scoliosis. If it really does help though, I will suggest it to my friend that I work with, who is the reason I am on this forum.
