back pain

i have been getting major or minor pain in my lower back where my largest curve is. it is straighting out so i am blaiming all the pain on my curve moving? any suggestions on what i can do? somtimes it hurts so bad i can't put it on.

my back hurts when my brace isnt on.
and my brace hurts me when its on.
so hmm... lay down outside on concrete.
helps me a bit.
