  • I'm back!

Hi to all my NSF friends!

I'm back at work 4 weeks after revision surgery, doing well except for weakness and occasional horrendous muscle spasms. My GP says this is to be expected because now my muscles are doing what they haven't been doing for years and are complaining about having to work...

Thanks for all the kind wishes and prayers... I've missed you all!

    ((((hugs)))) JoAnn

Welcome back. You might try a heating pad to help with the muscle spasms.

          yay!!!!

What great news !!! Maybe they will give you some muscle relaxants to get you over the worst part of it. Keep up the good work! Lisa

Just wanted to wish you good health while you are getting back to work. You have been through a lot. I hope your work is understanding. Can you tell if you are standing straighter (not leaning forward) anymore? Like you, I have fallen a few times and am 51 so don't know if I am old, a clutz, or what. Is your pain better now?

Hi JoAnn! Glad to hear you are getting back to your life. I hope you have found a way to deal with the muscle spasms, that kind of pain is pretty awful.
