Hi everybody! Hows your summer going?? for me its really hot and very hard to live through.. lol.. i have to change my undershirt ( under the brace) at least 2 times a day and i can bearaly go outside.. so?? i want to know how you are doing and i would like to know "HOW'S UR SUMMER??"

Hey my name is Dana Spitzke and im a 13 year old female, and i got my brace about 3 months ago, and my summer is going horrible!! we live on a farm in alberta ,canada and my dad always wants me out side doing something like helping him clean the tracktor or, like forking hay in the barn, and its horrible especially with the hot weather we have been having, the heat is hardly barible, hahaha,

i wear my brace 18 hours a day. sometimes more or less.
i put it on 8 at night and i take it off about anywhere between 12 and 3 in the afternoon.
and i just stay online or have friends comeover. 8] so it's not boring.i have scoliosis. third boston brace. (:Comment
