gymnastics-good or bad??

    Doing gymnastics should be a good thing. It keeps you very flexible. Because I do not do a lot of gymnastics anymore, I am very stiff from my scoliosis. I have never done tumbling, but I would imagine that would make your back a bit worse.

      I am not saying gymnastics is a bad thing. I encourage most of the exersizes and equipment. Just not the high impact (trampoline). Tumbling in general is fine (with the exception of handspring type exersizes) but not at a competive level where there are lots of repetitions.
