  • Chriopractors for pinched nerves

I believe that I have pinched nerves in my lower back causing pain, burning and numbness down the side of my thigh. I was in PT 3 times a week for 3 months, but they gave up on me. I'm now seeing a chiropractor. We have had a couple of sessions. I felt good after yesterday's session, but then came home and started doing my stretches and they seemed to increase the burning, so I stopped. I called the chiro and she said to hold the stretches until I see her on Monday. Has anyone had a chiropractor help them get relief from pinched nerves? Right now I don't have any muscle spasms. I am under no illusion that chiropractic can reverse my curves. I'm just looking for pain relief. I also have a torn rotator cuff right now so I'm limited on the exercises I can do. Once I can exercise again, I want to try yoga for long term pain control. Thanks for any comments.
