I'd definitely be interested in seeing the picture. Is the picture of the x-ray on the left from after the initial implants were removed? I'd be curious to also see the lateral film from that time (the one taken from the side).
I've known a couple of people who had really botched scoliosis surgery. In both cases, they could not find anyone to act as an expert witness. Without an expert witness, it's not likely you'll get an attorney to take your case on contingency. Sometimes, I think retired scoliosis specialists may act as expert witnesses. Where are you located?
Also, I'm still wondering if the surgeon who did the original surgery is the one who did the revision surgery.
