Hey!
I just came back from my doctor not my ortho though. Sure enough I got an ear infection. What also sux to is that I have these really BAD BAD BAD!!! stretch marks on my legs and I had to get a blood test done to see if I'm missing something in my blood, or watever. I hate blood work. I also got ANOTHER referral to an ENT doctor(ear, nose and throat) I don't really no why. Well, I do have tubes in my ears but still I dont know why. And then my doctor wasn't there so this other said to me u no it looks as tho u have scoli, and my mom said Uh yeah she does. It just felt weird I didn't no that it was That visible.
Thanks for looking into that doc thing.

website has a physician locator on it, so give it a whirl.
Doctors are trained to be on the lookout for scoliosis, so it may not be as noticeable as you think, but any doctor worth her salt should be noticing it, especially if it is bad enough to cause you pain.
Leah had accupuncture again, and is doing her rowing exercises. I'll get her to drop you a line. Typing hurts her... does it hurt you?

Hey Carol, hos it goin?
How is Leah? Hope she's good. Well, I was wondering if I should just get surgery done? I'm soooooooo TIRED of having back aches. I don't want to deal with that stupid brace. I don't even want to think about that. I'll probably cry all the time. I'm just trying to deal with all this stuff at once.

Darkhall2003 are you in the UK? What size and type curve do you have and how long have you been waiting?

I am afraid we don't have MSn (dark ages) so I just post on the forum.
Ashley did either of those orthos work for you?
Our next appt is Mar 1 I read a study by a Dr Meeny (?) San Diego Sport and Spine who put patients on a Medx torso machine to do weight training for the under strenght muscles -- it improved curves slightly in many cases ... but the study has been put on hold for about 6 months so haven't been able to get a copy of the whole thing.
