Just got a call from Shriners about buying tickets for the circus

I interrupted the caller to tell her to stop selling cruelty at the Shrine Circus. She denied the elephants are treated cruelly. I asked for an email to send her some evidence. She again denied the circus is cruel to elephants.

Please people do NOT support cruelty to animals. Stop buying tickets to the Shrine Circus. Circus people who are capable of cruelty to animals are psychopaths. You can support Shriners Hospitals directly but don't facilitate horrific cruelty to elephants.

The animal abuse videos are on You tube and the the animals are motivated by pain and fear....Its an extremely sad thing that this actually happens today. It proves that society lacks empathy from the top down. This means that people cant or don't feel what others are feeling. This includes all circus employees, and everyone that attends a circus. It also includes the owners and corporations that permit this to happen.

It also teaches disrespect on a serious level.....

All animals deserve our understanding and respect. In National Parks where they are not hunted, they are not afraid of humans. To have a deer walk up to you is a special thing. Seeing the animals in the wild is where its at....

Sharon, I think its important to understand animals. Study them first, and then go see them in the wild. In a cage or a pool, circus or zoo is just not my thing.

I do enjoy diving with sharks....(Not feeding sessions) "only" in a natural setting. 16 foot Tiger sharks in the wild are amazing, we are lucky to have them come over for a peek. The underwater cleanup crew, the amount of power is captivating.

Here is a video that showcases some of the Kona, Hawaii dive sites I have done many times in the years past. At 14:14 Nate talks about getting inspired about getting drenched in life, this is exactly how I feel....I would hope that people can see the difference, the relationship and philosophy about animals and life. Respect, admire, wonder, and appreciate our planet and animals which are so precious.
