Mostly because Yoga for Scoliosis was developed by someone who has scoliosis, and because one can try it without investing a huge amount of money. There are both a book and a video that can be purchased for very little $.

I see. It looks like a good idea to complement something else I'm doing. I'm going to have my primary care do x-rays and then send me off to their physical therapy facility and then maybe adding yoga along would also be beneficial.
