Yes it is. An interesting thing is the left lower leg and foot are numb but the right hip is the one that hurts. And it can really hurt.so I trip on one and limp on the other. I get out of a chair like it is the hardest thing I have to do all day. Then I have to stand still until I feel ready to walk. Really tiring considering I was fine walking for 7 years a surgery.

Jackie, Its terrible to have to re-visit major pain again....You say your legs were good for 7 years? It sure sounds like a bone spur or bone growth of some sort. You would think it would explain the change.

I wonder if they can do a minimally invasive exploratory procedure to go and look around your lumbar spine? It might be a good question to ask....

Ed I agree with you. Some bone spurs showed on the mylogram and a bulging disc. Spine surgeon said it isn't possible to have a disc problem since the discs were removed. He also said the bone spurs did not look like the problem. I am going to ask about taking a look when I see him in January. I was walking fine for the first 7 years. This developed this past winter. I thought at first it was a pulled muscle and didn't see the surgeon until July and we have been working on it since. Also his test shows that I don't have any reflexes in the left leg. That is a big change.
