We get depleted of nutrients in surgery, this can only help.

1/2 cup whey protein powder
1 Yogurt
1 Banana
10 Strawberries
10 Raspberries
25 Blueberries
15 Almonds
Blend and serve.
Buy frozen berries, they last longer
Store blender in fridge, re-blend when needed.
