    Here's an interesting article co-authored by a young surgeon that I am being referred to. I thought it might prove useful over her in this section should anyone else with a very high curve need a fusion. He's a very young (medically speaking) doctor with eight years experience. However, this seems very insightful.

    It would be highly unusual, at least in a major spine center, for a cervical to sacral fusion to be done without navigation.
