For those diagnosed with Flat Back [scoliosis], have you tried sleeping on your stomach to "unfold" or "straighten out" your back? If so:
~ How were you able to adapt to sleeping on your stomach?
~ Did you start off using certain pillows for support? Any other means of support?
~ Can you describe the position of your head, arms, legs?
~ Were you eventually able to sleep like that for the entire night? How many hours?
~ Did it help in the long run?
