Just finished my second week of physical therapy trying not to push it too hard but the physical therapist is manually working my abdominals because they are so tight after being shifted around. Woke up this morning feeling like I was being stabbed in my right oblique area almost told my husband to take me to the hospital for burst appendix. But laid flat and massaged it out and it's kind of better but the entire side is tender and threatening to cramp. I do not feel sick in any way. I also do not want to take muscle relaxers but I was just wondering if heating pad would help this, or should I ice it and stim it? Also I know this might not be the case for everybody and I did need to lose weight but I can't stop losing weight even though I eat whenever I feel like it and I drink protein shakes and ate a ribeye steak last night and the whole box of cream spinach... My appetite is definitely half of what it was before but I really need to somehow pick up the pace and level off the weight-loss.
Main concern is abdominal cramping.....help?
