I read this interesting review www.intechopen.com/download/pdf/34996 of what`s realistically available, apparently, and wondered what you guys have had experience with and maybe found better than the other, I had never heard of atm2 is that available in your area or do you know anyone who tried it? Looks to me like one of those youtube videos with bizarre but "miraculous" machines.. and it doesn`t look too sophisticated.. How about other stuff you`ve done or heard of that are not present in that paper.

Great Post!
I have never heard about Atm2 before. Is incredible how always arises something else.
I don't know why they never include physiatrists methods such as Gpr, Vojta, Antigymnastic, Abr, Sohier.. some of them are well known in Europe, South America, Canada.. is good to see they are talking about Yoga, but nobody never talks about Qi Gong!.Last edited by flerc; 07-14-2015, 11:40 PM.

Oh, great, never heard of those methods: Gpr, Vojta, Antigymnastic, Abr, Sohier, Qi Gong..
The specialist at ISICO told me I should strenghten my spine, well the muscles around my spine, so I think the more obvious choice for me is the gym as I already do it, but I'll also look into Yoga and Pilates, and why not some other methods that might fit my schedule and my wallet..
I'm very very skeptical about that ATM2, plus I don't think it will be available in my area, and even if it was it would probably be very costly, to be frank it doesn't look too sophisticated and maybe it just might be replicated with something similar.. God knows..

Atm2 seems to be similar or belongs to the well known Mulligan method which in turn I don't know if it is similar or not to McKenzie. I really don't know if it should to seem sophisticated to be effective.. as you said, God knows.
