    Alexander Technique

    Hi,

Is there anyone here who has used the Alexander Technique? Had you already been fused at the time when you used the technique?

    What were the results?

Is it considered a form of physical therapy? If so, did insurance cover it?

I'd really like to know your experience with this technique, good or bad.

    Thanks so much!

There was a teacher with scoliosis here. I think is surely the first and probably the best of all those western techniques oriented to get a correct posture through habits and mental considerations/actions (Feldenkrais, Eutonia, Body Mind Centering..). Habits change posture and posture change structure. Good concept!. I think may be enough in same mild curves but always important in every case.
