Just wanted to say, hi and hope that you are doing well. You have been an inspiration to me and I thank you for all that you have shared on the forum. Aging "gracefully" is a challenge for some of us. But, we are survivors, right? My hernia surgery was surprised that after surgery that I got out of bed and walked and used very little pain meds. I almost laughed when he said that because after scoliosis surgery, hernia repair was easy! You know what I mean.

Hope that you are blooming this spring and are ready for a fun summer!
