Hi Kara - I have not been on the forum for quite a while. So as I read through I saw your 3 year post. I too am at 3 years as of 4/10. I remember reading and commenting on your posts. Your 3 year recap sounded like I had written it, until I got to your high school age, I was 49. It is so good to hear you are doing well. Congratulations on this great milestone! Thanks for posting and sharing how well you have come through. I agree it was a full year before I felt really good, and two years before I felt really, really, good. It does seem like only yesterday! And yet it seems ages ago. Very surreal. Life is good!Shari - 55 years old

Post op 13 degree curve.
Successful surgery 4/15/10, T3-L2 fused.
2nd surgery to reopen incision 10" to diagnose infection, 5/18/10
