    Preparing For Getting My Brace

I am thirteen years old. I have a 15 degree and 32 degree curves. I am getting both a back brace and a leg brace. My back doesn't hurt at all, so should I ask for a referral for physical therapy as well? What preparations should I make for my bracing on the 19th? How would you manage to sleep with two braces on? I'm supposed to wear the back brace 23/7. They didn't specify which type of brace it is. I'm getting them at the Shriner hospital at Shreveport.

Well it's Gunna hurt, not Gunna lie. Get a super thin under shirt because u will then have less bruises. That's about it. Try to make the best out of it!
