    Try adjusting your body
    For example
    I had neck pain after my survey a couple weeks later. I didn't know why until I adjusted my head then in two days my pain was gone. Try to tilt in the opposite direction or your curve try to correct yourself. It really helps a lot

      Yeah, Kat may be I had the biggest curve .... :P Cuz I have not seen any one having more curve than mine yet.... :P
      And my curve was 112 and 38.... almost 40... :P
      I am more stronger than scoliosis. And I will not allow it to control my life.

        I also use to have pain in my neck.I get tired soon by seeing straight at the board.
        what u used to do that gives u relief??
        And yeah I try alot...Its my belief that before surgery just due to this effort i was so straight...
