I have used many stim methods through the years......some methods with good success. Maybe someone will chime in after using “this” device.
Isn’t it basically all about stimulating blood flow around the nerves? I think this is why the docs want us walking.....blood flow does help control pain.

This explains why I have been jumping off cliffs all my life skiing. adrenaline rush is the fight or flight response of the adrenal gland, in which it releases adrenaline (epinephrine). When releasing adrenaline, one's body releases dopamine which can act as a natural pain killer.
The first cases of electroanalgesia were documented by Greek scholars, Plutarch and Socrates, who noticed numbing effects of standing in pools of water on a beach that contained electric fish.

Thanks Flerc.
It seems that I don’t need any type of pain control anymore. My battles with scoliosis are over...
