Amom, I am completely impressed with your ability and willingness to completely chase this down.

This is a great contribution to the forum. Bcause there may be others out there who were treated unprofessionally, I think this thread should be a sticky thread (or whatever they call it) so it is always near the top of the subsection.

Thanks for clearing this up. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that the doctor "thought" he had enrolled your daughter in the study. Doctors are just like the rest of us, in that they definitely can get confused. Perhaps your daughter reminds him of another patient.
