Hello 
I was diagnosed with scoliosis back in 2010. Since being diagnoded, i had to go to 3 different doctors before i could get one to reffer me to an actual back doctor. He also told me that i had scoliosis, a turned ribcage, a rib hump and a bulging disc. He sent me for physical therapy. After a few treatments, i came out of that worse than before i started so i was told to go to a pain clinic. I was there for 6 months before they decided to do anything but give me pain meds. They gave me 3 steroid injections over 3 months in my lower back. I was told it would help my bulging disc. It did not. After that i was put back on pain meds. Since then my family and i have moved to Indiana. I cant get on insurance right now so i can not get seen for my back problems or get meds or anything. I am having to be in constant pain. I get numbness in my legs to where some mornings i will try to get out of bed and not even be able to walk. I have had numbness in my arms also. I constantly have pain in my upper back and a terrible ache down my arms and legs. If i finally get on insurance in this state i am worried that i still wont be able to find someone that will help me with my back. Having scoliosis and a bulging disc make it impossible for me to work. My husband used to be supportive of my problems, but lately when i try to tell him how much i am hurting or why i cant do something he is asking me to do he will just tell me to shut up or stop whining. So i am very grateful that there is a place i can go to share my stories and vent. Its very nice to know that i am not alone
