I am a 52 year old male with terrible SI joint pain and a 50 degree curvature. I just tried a non steroid injection which did nothing and Schroth is right down the rd in AZ, but it to expensive for me to afford. I found the Spine Harmony site and they use Schroth exercises and line your curve up with a exercise program. Has anyone done this or heard about it?

I don't know how they could successfully treat you without ever seeing you. Are you supposed to upload your x-rays into their system or just pick from a handful of curve types? This would require a LOT of knowledge about ones own curve. Interpreting ours own data can be inaccurate (not to say that none of us do it) and you may get the wrong exercises. It looked interesting, though, and I thought about signing up just to see what it was all about. Have you signed up? Does it cost anything?Be happy!
