Thank you for posting this Linda. It's exactly what I needed. My only problem is that I can't get the text window to allow me to see the far right side of the page. I'm only seeing about 3/4 of the page. Any suggestions.

Switched to FireFox browser
Linda,
I switched from Internet Explorer to FireFox and it works fine in FireFox. At work we've run into that problem occassionally. Knowing that it works with a MAC jarred my memory. (If anyone else has this problem, FireFox is a Free browser that you can download.)
