Cut my hair, or not?

I have known my hair colorist/stylist for so long that she told me she will come to my house to do my roots, or whatever it takes. I figure having roots showing is not going to be good for morale.

The same with me--my hairdresser still comes to my house to do my hair (cut, color) as well as the rest of the family since I had my surgery. I get in the shower to shampoo after the color is done.

In the beginning it would have been impossible for me to lay back in that chair. Now I can do it, and I do once in a while. I just can't give up the convenience, and the arrangement is good for her too (financially).

Color

I went 8 weeks without doing my roots. I color myself and didn't think I could reach behind my head. When I finally did try, it was very easy to do. I've colored my roots twice since the surgery.
