    Doreen,

Little did you know that all of that early planning would come into play so quickly. After all of your prayers, how appropriate for you to be awaiting surgery in St. Louis on Thanksgiving. I will be praying for you and your family.
    Donna

BTW- I will be in St. Louis for my 7 mos. post-op appt. on the morning of your surgery.

Thank you, everyone, for your kind words of encouragement! Thanksgiving will be incredibly more meaningful this year. Once we get settled in next week, we'll have to find a nice place to have Thanksgiving dinner.

    Hi Melissa,
No, my daughter will spend part of the time with friends and part of the time with my folks. Kind of crazy planning for not only myself, but for my daughter, her last two weeks of school, arrangements for the pets. I think I'll be relieved when we hit the road Monday because I'm scrambling a bit right now in preparation of everything that needs to be before Monday.

    How are you feeling today?

    Warmly,
    Doreen

You'll need loose fitting clothes - sweatpants or dance pants and a button down shirt. NO jeans! Comfort is the key. I wish you ALL THE BEST! I'm happy you are having it done soon. My surgery will be a year December 7th, and I didn't mind at all not celebrating the holidays - getting my back better was the BEST gift there is. GOOD LUCK! LYNN

I know how you feel about planning. I had to get my son settled for the two weeks I was away, with rides to & From school, as well as dinners.

I am doing slightly better. I am going home tomorrow even tho I feel that I could get so much better here. Thanks for asking and I will keep on praying for you
