This is from Dr Bederman about lab work and Xrays that I went for. So maybe there is help for me yet
A friend of mine was recently diagnosed with RA (rheumatoid arthritis) and has a lot of pain. It was good that Dr. Bederman checked for inflammation and took x-rays of your hands and feet. This is what they did as part of my friend's diagnosis. Are they going to send you to a rheumatologist now? It would be good to follow up with someone who knows more about inflammatory diseases. I hope they get to the bottom of this for you.

Well, the fibro doctor that I saw last week is a rheumatologist. She also ordered alot of blood work. Bad news about her is that I cannot see her until August

                • Dr Bederman did get in touch with the fibro doctor and based on what the Xrays and bloodwork shows, they are going to start me on Naprosyn . It should take a few days to work if it is going to

He thinks that I have dermatomyositis. but he wants the fibro doctor to confirm
