  • Six Flags/Roller Coasters AFTER Surgery

    Hi everyone! So I read a previous thread but still had some questions. I'm 2 years post opp and have been feeling good :} One of my friends invited me to six flags magic mountain. I've been to disneyland several times and had no problems with the rides. Six flags is a little more extreme hasanyone been post opp? Any advice I'd really appreciate it :}

      My surgeon and others have said that after a year, rollercoasters are fine. I'm not sure about some of the other rides, though.

        I rode 3 steel roller coasters last summer at Hershey Park and it was fine. I wasn't sore the next day. I avoided the wooden coasters because they are extremely bumpy. I was 2 years post-op last summer and my surgeon gave me the ok to ride the roller coasters.
