  • Lori's surgery, June 7th

Lori, I wanted to let you know you are and will stay in my thoughts and prayers as you go through your surgery and begin your recovery this Tuesday. You are in great hands with Dr. B, and before you know it you'll be post op, straighter and taller. Please let us know, or have someone let us know, how everything went when you are up to it. You'll do great.

    Warmest wishes,
    Debra

      Thank you to everyone!

I just wanted to tell all of you, on the forum, and those of you I have corresponded with privately, how much all of you have helped me. I can hardly believe tomorrow is the day. I would not be doing this at all, if not for all of you. So thank you from the bottom of my heart. My sister will be with me, in the hospital, and I have asked her to post an update.

            Hi Lori-

I just wanted to say I will be thinking of you tomorrow!!! I wish you the best of luck. You will do just great, I know it!! I just saw Dr. Boachie for my 1 year post-op visit two weeks ago and was thinking of you while I was there. Maybe if you are up to it this summer we can finally meet (we probably live 15 minutes away from each other!) and we could show each other our new backs!!!

Can't wait to talk to you when you are on the "other side"!!! I'm looking forward to reading your sister's post tomorrow.

            Take care,
            JenM
