A search brings up lots of threads on Kebaish, including this one:

A friend of mine had a huge revision done with Dr. Kebaish and she is doing very well. She thinks the world of him. Her situation was a result of a fusion done by someone that simply shouldn't have been doing that kind of surgery. She was in horrendous pain for months after the first surgery. Dr. Kebaish took it all out, re-did it, and she has her life back!
