Hey everyone.
The last month I have been doing lot's of reading on Food preparation, and found much research and many articles showing the negative effects of grains and bread as we eat it in our modern culture. I have been reading about the link between osteoporosis (mineral deficiency in bones) and scoliosis, and this makes sense, because many people subsist on grains and bread today. Grains contain phytic acid which blocks for the absorption of Calcium, Magnesium , Zink and iron, and therefore must be soaked or fermented (such as making traditional sourdough bread ) before eaten.
Phytic acid - Research done on rats
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12781853
Weston price foundation nailing the phytic acid problem

I thought there might be some people if not many who could benefit strongly from this, and I encourage everyone to do further research to make your own conclusion.
Kind regards,
Christian
