I believe I have read once that the spine, internal organs, rib cage.. conform an unit. When I bend my torso side to side, I feel all is moving together, in other words, the distance between organs (at least) and my spine remains the same.
But my daughter has a great curve I can see when she is stand up. She is thin and I can see her vertebras. And when she is lying over the concave side, I see how the curve is reduced and seems a normal back. She is not bending to side, (so her spine could accompany the organs) and I see how her spine seems to move inside her back!
Am I looking or understanding wrong what I see?
Someone observed something like that with your kids?
