  • Tammy is HOME and doing good!!!!

Sorry for the lack of updates the hospital's Wi-Fi was unstable at best and I could not get a signal with my 3G card....anyhoo....

We are home and she is resting comfortably...

Surgery Mon. 2/8/2005 I updated last Tues night (I think)

Wed - I will not say she took a step back, we like to say she took a step sideways, she had to have two units of blood, and that perked her right up...Pain control has been very good, with exception of one of the nurse's not reading her med orders correctly after the PCA was pulled...I have a meeting with the Board if directors next week on that one...other than that the staff was STELLAR!!!

She has been walking since the day after surgery and has proved to everyone how a positive attitude and lots of determination can take you a long way!!! Only you guys can appreciate this, got her bowels moving yesterday...I know weird to share but still an achievement!!

I have plenty more to say but got lots to tend to. BTW found out my body shuts down after about 76 hours...passed smooth out.

More to come....gonna go snuggle with my baby......GENTLY!!!
