Haha. I am here for my 2-year followup. Got X-rays and CT of lower lumbar today to see what's up with my pelvic screws, which still cause me pain when exercising....

I went bowling recently and just used the lightest-weight ball (8 lbs) and just kind of dropped it, rather than trying to bend to throw it. Surprisingly, I didn't get sore. Have fun!!
