  • powders and rubbing aclohal

My name is Lindsay and after i take my brace of it really itches and is red and hurts! I got this packet that says put baby powder on to stop your back from getting chaped. And it says put rubbing aclohal on the red spots(where the pressure points are)to roughin up the skin. Does it really work If anyone uses this please tell me if it works or not! Thank you

    Hey

Hey Lindsay, Its Sammie i tried the rubbing alcohol for my brace and it worked really well. But i've never heard about baby powder. LOL Well i just wanted to tell you that rubbing alcohol does work with the red spots to toughen the skin up.

i also used both the baby powder and rubbing alcohol and they seemed to work!
-the alcohol to toughen up your skin
-and the powder to prevent excess discomfort from sweating
        good luck!
