Hello everyone.
We’re new here even though our 8 yo daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis over a year ago. She got her first brace right away, and last summer we started doing Schroth exercise therapy for scoliosis. Even though she is so young she learned a set of basic exercises and is doing them diligently (with our help) five times a week. She also started swimming (again 5 times a week) and it turned out that she is quite good at it. Her strength gives us hope.
With all that, we are now considering changing her brace and are interested in Rigo Cheneau brace. We are aware of the fact that only a few options exist in the United States, but we’re not exactly sure where to go.
If anybody could give us any recommendations or advices it would be very helpful and highly appreciated.
Thank you all.

Hi MNT.......You can get a Rego Cheneau brace from Luke Strikeleather at Orthotic Solutions in Fairfax, Virginia. His e-mail is luke@orthoticsolutions.com If you e-mail him, he will e-mail you back.....you can also probably get the phone number easily enough from the operator or online. Hope this helps.

Thanks Nim for your reply.
So far, we found 4 places in US where the Rigo-Cheneau brace can be made.
Gez Bowman in Los Angeles, Grant Wood in San Francisco, Luke Stikeleather in Fairfax and Patrick Flanagan in Milwaukee.
At the present we are trying to collect info from all of these places. It is a big decision and as everybody else here on the Forum-we also hope to find good approach to deal with scoliosis.

Luke is amazing. You will find a number of people on this site who go to him if you search his name
