Hi-
I currently own a pillow-top mattress and absolutely hate it. It is too soft and my husband and I feel like we are sinking into the mattress. I believe it has contributed to making my pain worse and it is just not good for my back being that I have two 50 degree curves. I am currently now having pain in my shoulder, but that's probably because I have a disc protrusion in my C5-6 in my neck and the pain goes down my arm. Anyway, I am getting surgery in June and today I was out shopping for mattresses as I would like to buy a new one before surgery. The salesperson was telling me that a Tempur-Pedic would be great for me considering I will have rods/screws in my back after the operation. Does anyone out there have one, and if so, do they like it? What other types of mattresses do you guys recommend? The salesperson also said buying a latex one is my next best option to the Tempur-Pedic.
Thanks for your suggestions,
JenM
