Update on Mandy post op day 4

Mandy has been up 4 times today and is hoping to go home tomorrow.
If you not familiar with her story you can read it in the adolescent forum. I did not realize it was for children only.

That's fantastic. She only had her surgery 4 days ago! You must be mightily relieved to have this behind you and having Mandy doing so well so quickly.

Did she get a good correction? Is Mandy happy with how it looks?

HOME!!! We are finally home and Mandy is happy to be in her own bed. She is getting up with assistance and down to very little pain meds. No complications :) Can't ask for any more than that God is SO Good!!

Got the dreaded shower and hair washing done today. We are both exhausted. It was worth it though.
She found that her computer chair is comfortable with a pillow in it for meals. We are slowly getting there. Measured her incision and it's 13 inches. Looks like 2 -3 inches in height gain. Dr did not say what degree of correction we got.
Thanks for all the prayers. We continue to pray for all of you as well.
