Lynne - can you please tell me what you mean exactly by less bendy? What can you NOT do now??? I am having surgery 3/31 and now I work out and do yoga...not sure if I will ever be able to do that afterwards? My curve is similar to how yours was. Congrats!
Laura
Congradulations My surgery is 3/11. Now it seems that my pain is getting worse so I am actually getting excited about the surgery. When I first had my date I was anxious , now I am excited to be getting closer to feeling better
I have the same question. About being less "bendy." I know Ive read a few posts on here about people still being able to golf. Man I really hope I can still do that after surgery. It always seemed golfing actually helped get some relief on my back by the twisting motion. It would loosen it up I guess. At the same time, sometimes it really made my back sore as well.
Pre-surgery- 80°+ thoracic/ 60°+ lumbar
Still unsure of post-op numbers
