  • TM- not spine related

I know this is not spine related but I am curious. Does anyone practice transcendental meditation? I know it's been around for ever and I ignored it when it was real popular in the 70's but I have decided to go to a free introductory lecture. I figure it might be a great thing to try so anyone out there have any experience with TM?

    Avis,

I've heard good things about it from people who practice it. Couldn't hurt to give it a shot, right? I don't know that I would be able to though; I'm just not the type to sit there quietly.

Avis, I have a friend who's used it since the 70s when it was quite popular. She swears by it.

Like Debbe, I would not be able to sit still long enough or stop my mind from wandering. I fail all relaxation techniques.

I think it'd be great if you were able to benefit from TM. Let us know?

      Ommmmmmm.
