death from surgery?

So far, I haven't heard anybody die from scoliosis surgery. Heard about a lot of complications but not death. Have you?

When I first started researching this surgery, the death rate was something like 1/10 of 1%. That was 14 years ago. I would imagine the stats are even better now. -Nora:)
