what exercises do you do to help your back?

What exercises do you avoid?

Have you noticed with the exercise that your curve is stable or improves and feels better?


We have been using a yoga core tape, and ball and it helps with posture and pain. After three weeks it helped with her hip alignment.

My dd does yoga every night, massage, and inverter table to lengthen the spine.

Chiropractor treatments...for her back

we do the exercises on the ball, not the bar....mmm don't have a bar in my house...then again who does?
